According to Captain Daly, he's the new Noel Hunt...

I think that Ivan and Yaz have both omitted crucial qualifications from their posts. Ivan's needing a 'yet' and Yaz is needing a 'could be'.

Just thought I'd chip that in before we needed to contact the UN.

I would refer the honourable gentleman to the post I made some moments ago. Or yesterday to be precise. I think my position was quite clear, despite YazooArab's rather weak protestations to the contrary.

He certainly looks promising but it's rather premature to suggest that he's ready to replace Goodwillie quite yet.

Russel and Armstong playing for the U21's win tonight, so that's good signs.

Apologies Ivers, I was skimming whilst hiding in the kitchen, supposedly organising a cheeseboard.

I went along to that game - apart from missing a sitter, and horribly at that, Armstrong did nothing at all. He looked lost, frankly. I have no hopes for him at all, based on that performance. He's young, even for that level, though.

Russell was OK, but was overshadowed by Leigh Griffiths, who was excellent and scored a belter.l

Maybe a short hop across the road, a la Scott Robertson, is in order for Griffiths.

Not sure he'd offer much more than Russell.
