There's something about the dog's impervious contentment whilst in the absurd situation of being wrapped up in a big fur coat and positioned in strange places that I find hilarious!

Hahaha! That's the one! I can just imagine it panting away there happily and maybe throwing a sheepish look or two at him while he took photos! I need to delve further into that guy's site, I remember the email one being really good B)

Haha brilliant - he must rack up an equal amount of dead-end responses in pursuit of the thickos that entertain him as an idiot!

This is all very amusing. To hell with you, findus, for providing me with more material with which to waste my time on this planet.

I'll take that as a compliment

I ding-dong between seeing 'internet time' as a complete waste of time while there's other (better) things I could be 'getting on' with, and the realization that life ultimately has no meaning anyway so I might as well be blase about something that brings me some enjoyment while I'm flipping around in this soup of futility. I'm currently 'pretty annoyed' (Annoyance Threat Level Yellow) that I'm here merely as a vehicle for my genes, but that too is a ding-dong battle.

Ah, but Dawkins in 'The Selfish Gene' points out that your genetic input to even your own genetic line a mere five generations on is almost negligible (at 1/32nd by that stage if my feeble maths is up to it) so that the only lasting form of achievement is to create memes, or something lasting. Shakespeare's line died pretty quickly after he did, but echoes of his mind live on in every one of us. Which is pretty damned neat when you think of it.
