Given our home versus away form over last season a move to dens could only improve things :D

Is the dens pitch bigger than ours always looks bigger on tv might be the racing (greyhound/.stock car ) track round the edge.

Was Dens no the biggest pitch in Scotland back in the 80s? Not sure about now, like...

Well, it's the first line of a haiku.

Here's the rest:

Big pitch: more houses
unless Asda or Tesco call -
Dens gone either way.

I hate to dredge up that Limerick thread from our archive website, but I think you'll find you've dropped an extra syllable in the second line.

Of course, haiku are less about syllables than on, but you're still over your on count there.

Big pitch: more houses
unless Lidl's get in first
Dens gone either way

I wonder if the colon counts as an on too... plus isn't that a diphthong in "houses"? Oh shit.

I strongly object to my post being used as poetry. I don't like poetry... Still least it's not a pun.

Screaming heavy metal lyrics, maybe...

Chisholm gives some insight into the way the club was run in the herald today

Jesus. That reads like an entry from our pal Leigh's blog.
Which is up-and-running again you may be happy to hear.

If neither Chis nor The Real Leigh have the decency to express themselves in haiku, I'm not interested.

Real Leigh Griffiths
Overtaken by events
Wha's maist funny now?

Indignant Chisholm
Administration victim
Before certain sack

If anyone is tempted to take issue with my ons, it was only reasonable when I did it, OK? It's over now. OVER

"Di Stefano was also quick to rule out any role for fans if he was to get involved again.
"I'm having no partners in this venture, so if anyone, supporters trusts or whatever, thinks they can get on board they can forget it. Partnership is the worst battleship you can sail on.
"If any mistakes are made, I will be to blame, solely. Obviously, I'm not completely stupid. I will take advice.
"If fans walk away because I take over, that would be a damn silly thing to do. It's either one way or no way. This club will die if someone doesn't come in and take it over.
"The fans are not going to be sufficient. They don't have the money, the expertise or the credibility."

I really really want Di Stefano back. Even the last few weeks of him have been comedy. Makes everything seem fun again for Dundee.
