I assume it is, but I confess I've not been on the Dundee Aberdeen Road for 20 years, and wasn't paying any attention even then. Could be a 5 lane megahighway for all I know now. But given the M8 is a begrudging, clogged 2 lanes I fcking doubt it. And another thing, how the fck can it be cheaper to drive, by yourself, pretty much anywhere, than get the bus or train? We are being robbed.

It won't be moved, though, because Sir David Murray still has dibs on 10% of ticket revenue for every game after selling the SFA a load of substandard girders. (This isn't true, but it might be.)
