beyond my own pessimism about this match what on earth does Mixu expect after a front selection like that? and he's got Erskine on the bench again....

To be fair Erskine wants to leave so isn't exactly motivated to go for 50/50 challenges where he could end up injured. Personally where a player has decided his future is elsewhere we move on and leave him to stew not on the bench but in the stands. If you don't commit then you are not wanted.

This is where the whole transfer system is open to abuse. No contact should be allowed before the end of the contract

Anier on for Florent Sinama Pongolle at half time. If someone told me a year ago that I'd write that sentence I'd have had them sectioned.

Plenty of effort I saw some of it via periscope but where's the quality when you need it?

Holding them to a goal is good. A point the best we could have got but sleeping again.

Is Willie Miller on drugs?

Aberdeen better team by far, that's why I saw United dominate the second half then? Why didn't Aberdeen score 4 or more tonight?

United were terrible first half, being put under pressure constantly and rarely in Aberdeen's half. Nothing stuck with either striker and the kick outs were also a liability - I don't understand why they'd keep a half fit keeper on...not sure what that says about Mixu's confidence in Zwick. Some would say were lucky to get in only one behind, but Eiji didn't have a save - both 'goals' weren't really as for the first the flag was up instantly and he certainly seemed off and for the second the whistle had already gone before it was in the net. If the whistle has already gone those aren't disallowed goals, people. It looked a clear dive to me - I thought Madden had an excellent game in all.

Second half we were far better. The wind with us clearly helped, but so did Anier (never thought I'd be writing that either)...he was like Murray, but with a bit more quality. His running and holding the ball up were both excellent. Albeit we lived dangerously at the back at times, we had to to try and get something out of it. If the chances had fallen to different people...anyway, we can come out of that with some momentum intact, no points or not. The second half showing can give us enough confidence that we can put away every team we still have to play, and 6 points out of every 9 will do us.

Was spittal even playing?? Can't think of a single thing of quality he did.

Anier agreed he looked a better player.

What planet is Mixu on at times? Can he do tactics(

Just wasnae gonna happen was it.1st half we were simply outplayed by Aberdeen esp. in midfield. They were faster than us. 1st half the passing was poor, probably losing half the passes we made. Half the throw-ins we took in the 1st half, an Aberdeen player got the ba. We played too many balls into spaces we none oe our players near. When the pass was played more precusely forward, because oe Aberdeen's height advantage, McKay struggled. Wasnae surprised to see Pongo get hooked at half-time, coz TBH he didna get much time on the ball

2nd half we put up a fight and were better..Anier thru himsell about a bit, and had a couple of attempts. There was a brilliant move by Donaldson in the 2nd half, that Anier was involved in that just didna come off. Shoulda made changes earlier.

Fraser in his continuing one man band lost possession single-handedly a number of times, instead of just passing the phuckin ball.

Some questions on many folks minds the night. Where the f*ck are Murraymints and Muirhaed? Why was Dowser no on.

I guess we need to stay positive. Still winnable games ahead, and hardest one gone.
