 Ken, sounds like they were run ragged by a poor 'Well team. The midfield was stretched, at times the formation looked like McGhee's teeth on the dentists x ray scan for his lower jaw. All over the place.

 I'd probably sack Mixu now, were it up to me. Get rid of Pongolle, Demel, Riski, McKay, Gunning basically everyone that isn't going to be here next year. We have a six month pre-season to get ready for a promotion fight. Get the young boys in and try and salvage some hope for the future instead of having Dad's Army go through the motions till summer.

 Totally agree with that. Don't think we need to keep them as a means of staying longer in the Scottish Cup either. Our excellent chairman is already sighted on the need to prepare adequately for SPFL Championship having seen the plight of the Buddies- so those boy who are staying with us need as many toughening up games as possible.

Justin Johnson and Harry Souttarbauer will be making preparations to come into the squad as I type.

 Things we don't need when we really need to win a game:

  • Players missing sitters
  • No-one creative in midfield
  • A left full back who didn't make a single cross (that stayed in the pitch)
  • Players half asleep on the pitch
  • Players who give up when 1-0 down
  • A team who can't even play long ball football
  • Players who look like they might change the game coming on after it's too late
  • A referee who doesn't know what time wasting is
