Not sure could have got much better.

April 26
Dundee United v Celtic - 12.30 (Sky)

May 2
Dundee United v Aberdeen

May 9
St Johnstone v Dundee United

May 16
ICT v Dundee United

May 24
Dundee United v Dundee - 12.30

The 3 best games at home and Celtic won't win the league at Tannadice.

Looks like the hearts vs rangers game on the final day of the championship has been moved for TV, to the day after the other teams play.

Which you would imagine gives Rangers an advantage, being they'll know what result they need to achieve to beat Hib's points total.

Another example of scottish football being good at making itself look amateur.

Surely they'll have to move the Hibs fixture to the same date- Leanne Dempster's already written to SPFL to remind them of the phrase "football integrity".

as for ours- couldn't have asked for better- its been ages since we last played Celtic.

Apparently, Hibs can ask for their game to be moved. Which just sounds absurd.

Doncaster refused to comment on the identity of that club, but did deny that the SPFL is in "a shambles" over the situation.
"No I don't accept that at all," he said. "We've had a request from the broadcasters to move one game to Sunday for television. I don't think that should surprise anyone.
"Hearts against Rangers is one of the biggest Championship games this season; it's the game that Hearts will receive their divisional trophy and it's a big game anyway.
"So I think we should be entirely unsurprised that the broadcasters have selected that game for television.
"The SPFL could have moved all five Championship games from the Saturday to the Sunday, but that would have been absolutely unfair to a number of clubs.
"The reality is that Alloa v Cowdenbeath and Dumbarton v Raith Rovers - there's no possible way that Hearts v Rangers can have any bearing on them."

Honestly, how much longer can this idiot be in charge of our game?

A spokesperson for the SPFL said: “Following consultation between the SPFL, member clubs and broadcast partners regarding the final round of Championship fixtures over the weekend of 2 & 3 May 2015, Sky Sports has now suggested an alternative schedule for its televised Championship match that weekend.

“As a result, we are pleased to confirm all five Championship matches that weekend will now kick-off simultaneously at 12.15pm on Saturday 2 May. The Hearts v Rangers match will be televised live on Sky Sports.

“The SPFL would like to thank Sky Sports for its flexibility and understanding and we’re sure all football fans will look forward to an exciting climax to the Championship season.”

'Neil, you arse, this is turning into a PR nightmare. We'll tell you what we'll do...'

It never made any sense to have them on at different times anyway, in terms of TV drama. Surely if they're at Tynecastle and word comes through that Hibs are winning and going 2nd it'll make the game there much more exciting? Nothing quite beats that last-day-scores-coming-in-and-changing-everything experience that football provides.

Though it may not come to that of course, as both Hibs and Huns conspire to throw it all away. May be QoS in 2nd yet...

By now, surely Doncaster has annoyed enough clubs that they could work to move him out. 1/2 the championship now unhappy with him. It's not like he's got much to showcase as his achievements, but plenty to show his incompetence.

Between him and the SFA, the damage to Scottish football over the years must be pretty substantial.

It's as if all sense of sport and integrity are sacked out of football administrative minds if a sentence includes a word resembling "Rangers".

Edit: if only, autopredict, if only. But "sucked" was the word.
