Keith W officially gone to Hibs. Shame; always liked him as a player. Can recall he was involved in the Cup quarter v Rangers in 2010 at Tannadice and did well. One of our most significant victories in many years.

I wouldn't be at all surprised to see him go on to do very well at Hibs and wherever he ends up next year, but I think the change will do him good. Overall, has been a good player for us.

Mixed feelings about this. Every chance the lad could end up there more permanrntly, as others have pointed out. Hope this helps and benefits Keith a lot.

The loss of a silver kisser has always been a downer on me. I'll always remember his celebration at Dens when he headed in the 4th.

Disappointed at Keith's exit. Many fond memories of his well timed goalscoring contributions.

He's been, and would no doubt continue to be a serviceable squad member at a reasonable and affordable price. I hope it's a sign of confidence and ambition that we are letting him go and not a mistake.

A move is probably the best thing for Keith. With United, he'll always be haunted by what could've been, had his knees stayed functional. I can't help but worry every time Keith stretches for a loose ball or gets turned by a defender, so god knows what's going through his own mind.

Quick six-foot-something full backs with heading ability are not too common in any league though, much less ones with a nice-guy attitude. I really hope he makes us regret letting him go.

Stretching and being turned by opponents are indeed Keith's weak points. What goes through his mind in these circumstances seems very obvious to me: "Not getting him" being the phrase that must frequently form in Keith's noggin' as he watches winger chasing the ball past him.

Being good in a straight line probably isn't enough for us, especially when we want full backs to push up.

Internet suggesting Dixon is on his way back.

Should be good, although I think Townsend hasn't done much wrong.

Anything that means no more Dillon at left back is going to be a step in the right direction.

Is it common knowledge that Sean Dillon's wife is flogging their furniture on a 'Buy and Sell Dundee' facebook group..? :piper:

They planning on sleeping on the floor for 4 months?

Or no doubt he's now made it clear he wants a move away, now.

Ahoy, heed these words as this is from the source who broke the news Daly was going to Glasgow because this lover was quitting her cake shop. Daly was a fool to leave, look at him now. He's in an evil empire of fat cats, faceless slobs, the possessed, fugitives and 3 bear arses struggling for control.

Not sure if taking the piss... In any case, I can't remember being the one who 'broke' the news of Daly?

Don't imagine Daly's wife needs to run a cake shop with the money he's been paid, and apparently will continue to be paid, to the end of his contract.

Of all the players we've lost to the Big Glasgow Clubs, Daly is one I am not bothered about at all. Good on him.
