Oof, tough start. Cashflow in the first quarter of the season looks tricky - not a lot of big games at Tannadice until mid-December. The fixture list looks quite bare without the Edinburgh clubs. |

A bit mixed, but at least we'll be focused for the first few games. Dundee and St Johnstone around Christmas / New Year is also decent. |

Oh! It's weird, isn't it? I never expected it to look so strange. As you say, tough start, but Aberdeen will be distracted by Europe and, hopefully, The Celtics will be adjusting to their new manager. Might be the ideal time to play them and get some points in the bag. Three big game, with full houses, over the festive period will be fun! |

From the BBC. Scottish Premiership fixtures Key games Dundee United v Dundee (New Year's Day): With no Old Firm or Edinburgh derby, this becomes the Premiership's main same-city derby after Dundee were promoted last season. United finished fourth in the Premiership last season and after meeting Dundee at Dens Park on 20 September, they entertain them at Tannardice on New Year's Day. Where exactly is 'Tannardice?' |

Probably where Gary Irvine will be playing next season now that he's re-signed for Dundee United having helped them get promoted last season. According to the BBC. I sometimes wonder if they do this deliberately to wind us up. That would be better than getting the two clubs genuinely confused. |

For Dundee and United, the biggest crowds we'll get this Season, will be from Celtic, Aberdeen, and the Dundee Derbies. For the purposes of this exercise, we'll call them Full Houses. After looking at the fixtures, Dundee United play Aberdeen, Celtic and Dundee 3 times at Tannadice, whereas Dundee play Aberdeen, Celtic and Dundee United 6 times at Dens. So we get 3 Full Houses and they get 6. Doesna strike me as being very fair, no that Im expecting anything other than sh1t from the SFA. |

You would imagine we will get Aberdeen and Celtic at home again after the split, so five v six in reality. I'm more concerned that we only have one trip each to Partick and Hamilton, they're nice and local for me. |
