First 'actual' confirmation I've seen of ends.

http://www.spartansfc.com/2014/04/21/scottish-cup-final-tickets-2/

I hope north stand goes on sale too. That's where I'd like to sit.
Agree Hamish. If we are to take 28000 like 2010, then why do they no just give us the whole of the North Stand? Takes about that amount does it no? Make life simpler for everyone.

Haud on...
They're selling tickets for either end and the smaller stand where the tv cameras are housed.
That's going to look just fabby.

Looking forward to it. Don't care if we get beat as long as there's a good crowd and a good United performance and somebody halves May early on.

Internet murmers suggest this Saturday, which would be brave/foolish on a match-day. The torn-faced cheery ladies in the club shop will love that.

And yes, welcome delboy!

Am I understanding this correctly? Is the idea really to sell 26,000 crap seats behind the goals while leaving empty 27,000 much better seats along the touchline? Isn't that just an arbitrary, unnecessary punishment on anyone who's made the mistake of being poor and/or having children?

Yes, yes and yes.

For an organisation whose remit includes nurturing the next generation of football fans, they do an awfully good job of hiding it.

I've also never quite understood it.

I much prefer sitting on the side of the pitch, but not sure it's worth extra £7.

Then add in the fact the sort of family section with the concessions is mixed with the first on sale and cheapest seats and it doesn't seem to work.

3 day season ticket sale from Monday, then general sale from the 1st May.

And they've increased the cost per ticket for postage to £2.25. Which seems to be quite high. Maybe high enough to make me actually go to the shop for a change.

Another major ticket sale, another disaster.
All 16,000 concession are tickets sold out in two hours this morning, which is pretty bloody impressive.
However, for people requiring concession tickets not eligible for the priority period (or with neither the time, nor inclination, to queue from 6am or sit on the phone) it now means £35 per head.
Which is pretty bloody expensive.

It does seem to make no sense. Planned to go this afternoon to get tickets, assuming they'd be some concessions left.

Seems the buy as many as possible and sort out later approach is preferred...

And no doubt it'll be mentioned the stadium isnt full.
