Apparently we've signed a fullback from fulhaml on loan. Given we've Dixon, Douglas, Watson, dillon, I guess something might be happening...
Keanu Marsh-Brown. Quick, apparently, as you'd expect of one of them blacks.

So who's going to be first to say "feeder club"? I am, it appears. Perhaps we could get a loan of that shite statue of Michael Jackson outside Craven Cottage.

ETA. Quoth the baldy Alf Stewart impressionist:

Quote:

He is a midfielder who can also do us a turn in defence if required.

EATA. Actually, am I far too late to this? Only just realised ...

Fat bald middle-aged man looks like another fat bald middle-aged man?

I'm surprised someone hasn't mentioned injecting ketamine into the forehead vein of either of them.

Oh come on. Even by your traditional wet-blanket-of-cold-piss standards, you have to admit they look really really really alike.

So anyway, with the squad unchanged from yesterday I'm struggling to see how this boy fits into the first 11. We've got plenty of midfielders, none of whom are natural on the right wing but most of whom probably cost too much to drop without a very good reason, and right-back is the only area of defence that's functioning. So is he a benchwarmer? (I read Ivan's "Dillon/Douglas/Gunning" game of musical chairs upthread but won't pretend to understand it.)

Not really. And I find lookeylikeys so boring. What's the point?

I expected far better from you, Mr Funnywords.

Next you'll be suggesting that someone looks like one of their parents.

It's like looking in the mirror.

Nothing funny about that.

So quick, in fact, that he's back in west London already.

A cynic may assume that the expected bid didn't arrive for Dixon, so cover wasn't required. Though it's also plausible, I guess, that he was pining for the Hammersmith flyover.

Wow. File under Edison Machin, Jose-Luis Pochettino and Luis Ferrera in the folder "I have watched every short second these guys ever played for Dundee Utd".

Nicely worded statement that:
Quote:

The Club this morning confirm that Keanu Marsh-Brown has been recalled from his loan deal at the Club by Fulham FC.

At least he was around long enough to be christened with the requisite double barrelled nickname, you can say that for him at least.

You've forgotten the end bit...

"...much to our relief because he was sh1te."

Hash Brown's 10 minutes of fame v. Caley jags were a nightmare.
