It is with a heavy heart and a sense of dread that I type the words "our next game is away to Motherwell", but also a suspicion that we are stuck in some sort of time travel/reality warping repeat loop like in Source Code, and we'll keep playing Motherwell at Fir Park every couple of games until we get it right.

Anyway, despite being on a 6-game winning run in the league, I bet few fancy us to win this one.

That thread is so wrong in every detail, it is irrecoverably broken and deserves to be usurped and locked.

You had your chance, Findus...

We'll need to win this one. I can't believe we've lost 3 times at Motherwell this season. Twice in each cup and 2-1 in the league. We've only scored one goal there and that was a penalty. Surely things will change on wednesday.

I am fed up with Motherwell. I am fed up with Fir Park. I am fed up with never f*cking winning there, ever.

1-0 them.

A dull 0-0 seems likely.

Ref to send someone off.

Well, I feel more confident this morning that we'll win this one than I did on Thursday morning. We've got a chance if we decide to mark Chris Humphrey and Jamie Murphy. And we pass the ball to each other rather than lumping it long into the corners.

3-0 Motherwell it is then.

Even on that pitch? I'd put Daly up front no matter what if he's fit.

You're incredulous that I'm suggesting that we don't lump it into the corners or that we pass to each other?

I'm wondering (At least I think I am, as I hope the google of incredulous gave me the right meaning) if Houston will prefer the long ball than the passing approach that seemed to work at ibrox. Like he did at St Johnstone.

The results of both hopefully put him off though.

Seems Kenneth could be fit again, says BBC.

And Houston is thinking about things:

Quote:

However, it is horses for courses in many ways and we have to look at ourselves at Motherwell and say we have not done particularly well this season. They have knocked us out of both cups and we have lost a league match there as well.

"We will also have to look at the state of the pitch and decide if it is conducive to our passing game.

A veritable thumping for the Steelmen is well overdue.
Three...actually, stuff it all...four-nil to the tangerines.
Gomis, Daly (2) and Dillon.
