Thanks, Goggs. It was a bit dodgy at first, but is pretty smooth and steady now. Conway coming on!

Good performance and result, I thought. Passing and movement in midfield was better than I've seen in a looooong time from Scotland. NI were shite, of course, but we had almost as many call-offs as they did. Impressed by Miller's commitment to even be there, if not his overall performance, despite the goal. Naismith had some genuinely phenomenal first-time passes, could have had at least one more from those if Misser could've controlled it. Conway fell over then claimed for the pen...

The game didn't down a bit after we got the 3rd. 6 substitutions in the second half. I don't like when there is more than 3 subs going on. It doesn't get much easier than it was tonight, poor Northern Ireland side. Good to get a win even though it was against a poor side. |

Pleasantly surprised with the performance, as has been noted Norn Iron were fairly poor but I thought Adam impressed with his willingness to look for the ball all the time and be positive with his passing, Commons and Bardsley combined well down the left and I agree that Naismith was excellent, having the type of game that managers rave about but doesn't get the headlines. Of the younger players I could watch the jinking runs and elegant passing of Bannan all day and Snodgrass looks a prospect as well. Thought Conway did okay, he's evidently spent a fair amount of his recovery time down the gym working on his upper body strength by the looks of things. Was pleased for Levein as he gets an awful lot of stick from Tartan Army. |

Watched this in the pub and, well, I say that, but while I was definitely in the pub, and this game was on the TV screens, and I was in the pub to watch the game, I can't say I actually watched it properly. I saw the goals on the very first replay, and they were definitely goals. Three of them. All for Scotland. So that's really excellent. And I felt the goals go in. But what happened otherwise I couldn't really say. Conway came on and fell over. I promise to pay more attention if Sky want me to replace Keys or Gray. |

Not sure you can manage the schoolboy sexism though, whatsthatonyourback. You're too much of an intellectual, that's your problem. |

Pleased for Levein and Houston both of whom have been getting a fair share of stick recently. Levein's pre-match enthusiasm and positivity certainly seemed to rub off on a team with no shortage of talented, tricky players. They actually looked like a team out there. One swallow does not off course make a summer but considerably more encouraging than the alternatives. THis wee tournament offers a good chance for Levein to continue his development of our compettive squad. |

Ye of little faith! ![]() Having not seen any of the match, and having not even trekked out to a closed pub to watch it and still not pay attention to it because of the bar girls, it's now abundantly clear that Levein must go! Pleasantly surprised there was no Dods (og). |

Conway did take a dive though. It was quite funny watching him claim for a penalty. |
